Hats

Main logo, 3.5 to 4.5 in wide on the front. The plate is stitched and the letters stay the hat color. On lighter hats, use the letters-only file.

Shirts and print

One ink. Main logo on the chest at 3 in or larger. The slogan version on the back and on large prints.

Laser engraving

Engrave the plate and leave the letters, or reverse it. Works down to 1.5 in wide.

Cut metal

Use the metal-cut files. Their wider notches keep the letter centers attached. Cut at 4 in wide or larger and confirm with your cutter.

The logo is always a single color. Use whichever contrasts best with the material.
